LONG TERM CARE
Our facility is staffed by experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals dedicated to providing personalized long term care that enhances the quality of life of our residents. At Northern Dauphin, our caring staff works closely with residents and their families to create individualized care plans that address their specific needs and preferences.
With our professional staff available on-site 24 hours daily, residents that can no longer live independently receive the personal assistance needed in a safe, homelike environment. Our caregivers are available to help with acute and chronic care, including medication management and personal hygiene.
MEMORY CARE
With our security wristband system, our Alzheimers and dementia residents are safe and secure.
Our dedicated staff promotes the quality of life and ensures the dignity of your loved one, helping them retain their independence for as long as possible and live their life to the fullest.
PALLIATIVE CARE
Our palliative care program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing serious or life-limiting illnesses. We deliver compassionate, whole-person care that supports not only physical needs but also the emotional well-being of residents and their families.
Palliative care may be provided alongside curative treatments or serve as the main focus of care. Working in partnership with each resident’s medical team, our experienced staff help manage symptoms such as pain, fatigue, nausea, and shortness of breath, while also addressing emotional challenges like anxiety and depression.
With a person-centered approach, we honor every individual’s values, preferences, and goals. Services include 24/7 skilled nursing, medication management, emotional and spiritual support, and coordination with hospice or other specialty providers when needed.
Families are guided with compassion and clear communication throughout the palliative care journey. Our mission is to bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind—providing care that supports both patients and their loved ones at every step.
