MILLERSBURG, PA – MILLERSBURG, PA – A fire broke out around midnight at the Margaret Morne Apartments, located at 986 Medical Road. We are pleased to report that all 12 tenants from the 10-unit apartment complex were safely evacuated and are resting comfortably. The American Red Cross is expected to arrive this morning to provide further assistance and support to those displaced.

The apartment building is situated approximately 100 yards from Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation at 990 Medical Road. Following the evacuation, several tenants from the apartments were brought to the nursing home temporarily while permanent housing arrangements are being coordinated.

The Northern Dauphin administration and leadership team have been on-site since the incident began to prioritize the safety of all residents and staff.

No residents of Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation were affected by the fire, and all individuals are safe and accounted for.
